In keeping with our Mission Statement, Dunbarton-Fairport opens its doors to serve the needs of the greater community.
We share and rent our space to the following groups:
AA Liverpool Group, http://www.aaoshawa.org/index.html, Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
Open Arms of Jesus Christ, https://www.facebook.com/Open-Arms-Church-of-Jesus-Christ-760278227403821/. Their vision: “To have a church body that is led by Spirit filled leaders, who recognize and discern the Lords body (God's people) and their gifting; whose endeavour is to seek and train up godly men and woman in the truth of God's word and purpose for their life! A body that looks beyond faults and are able to cultivate God's chosen one's, through love, to help them to live a victorious life of godly service and cultivate others towards the same until the coming of our Lord.”
